Had an order for $500 worth of electronics, the website said it would be ready in under an hour. Needed order in that time frame and didn't want to around the store grabbing items. Got to the store an hour later, order is still not ready. Left for about an hour to handle other tasks, when I came back items were still not ready. Offerred to just move items up front myself to get it done faster, staff said I couldn't do that. After waiting yet another hour I ended up cancelling the order and just bringing what I needed up front on my own. It's okay Best Buy, next time I'll just go to Micro Center in Yonkers. Just to preempt this kind of reply, the law doesn't care about what expectations should be. If you give a time frame at purchase you better own up to that. Store was not busy either, there were plenty of employees who could've handled this.

Great store and workers . I love shopping at Best Buy’s even better if you have a membership for savings as well as protection plans on almost all of most products. I’ll recommend it if your buying a lot of electronics comes in handy .

The Geek Squad is terrible. I went to Mt. Vernon Best buy to purchase a new key board for my computer. This went well, however when I asked about another not so complicated question I was referred to the Geek Squad. Prior to coming to Best Buy I had taken pictures of serial numbers on my equipment's at home . I asked the Geek Squad my questions and showed him both serial numbers. The Geek Squad looked up both serial numbers and referred me back to the computer department to make a purchase on what to buy. I end up wasting money on purchases that did not work. Be Careful with this location.

I've been to Best Buy multiple times, and unfortunately, my experiences haven't been great. The store has a wide variety of items that catch the eye, but somehow it never seems to work out for me. Last visit, I went in with the intention of buying a Starlink device I'd been eyeing for a while. I hoped this time would be different, but sadly, it wasn't. Upon entering, everything looked perfect as usual. I asked a rep about Starlink availability, and without even checking, they said there were none. I continued browsing and found two Starlinks on display. When I asked another rep, they actually checked and found one in storage. One unhelpful rep and one helpful rep - expected Best service. The helpful rep also answered other questions I had, which was great. But when it was time to pay, the price had jumped by $100 with no clear explanation. No one seemed keen on explaining the change, so I decided not to buy. Pricing issues seem to be a recurring theme at Best Buy. To top it off, the checkout wait time was ridiculously lengthy for the 3 persons in line. Overall, it was another meh experience. Hoping for a better one next time.
